We charge a one-off fee of £280.00 for new tenancies, which includes various services from tenant sourcing to contract preparation. Our monthly property management fee is £60.00. For taking over a tenancy from another agency, the cost is £125.00. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

We offer emergency repair support seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We have a team of skilled professionals on standby to address any urgent issues.

A Standing Order is setup at the start of the tenancy. However, we actively chase any non-payments, usually within the same day of the payment being due.
