New Tenancy Setup
A comprehensive package designed to simplify the landlord experience. We handle everything from rigorous tenant vetting and expansive property marketing to background checks, accompanied viewings, contract preparation, deposit registration, and facilitating a smooth move-in process for new tenants.
Monthly Property Management
Takes care of all ongoing needs. This includes frequent rent collection, issuing monthly tenant invoices and receipts, forwarding collected funds to landlords within 48 hours, and chasing late payments. In addition, we conduct periodic inspections to maintain property standards, manage repairs and maintenance effectively, and offer emergency repair support available seven days a week between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Tenancy Transfer
If you're dissatisfied with your current agency, transferring your existing tenancy agreement to us is seamless and affordable, provided the tenants are not in arrears.
